Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This policy sets out what you may not do when using EziMoney. It exists to protect our customers, recipients, partners and the integrity of the service, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.
Prohibited activity
- Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other illegal activity.
- Payments connected to illegal goods or services.
- Sending money on behalf of unknown third parties, or receiving and forwarding funds for someone else (money muling).
- Using another person’s identity, account or payment method without permission.
- Abuse of chargebacks, refunds, promotions or support processes.
Platform integrity
- No attempts to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
- No interference with the operation of the service, including probing, scanning or overloading.
- No automated scraping or harvesting of content or data at scale.
- No reverse engineering except where the law permits it.
Consequences
We may decline, suspend or reverse transfers, restrict or close accounts, and report activity to payment providers or law enforcement where required. Where lawful, we will tell you what has happened and how to resolve it.
